ELECTRONICS POLICY
Electronic recording/storage devices are not allowed on the warehouse floor on any CSAT property at any time.
Electronic recording/storage devices should not be used to erase, damage, copy or negate any company or customer information or data.
Electronic recording devices include, but are not limited to:
- Cell phones or any mobile device
- Cameras
- iPads or other digital assistants
- Computers or Laptops
- USB memory stick
- CD/DVD
- Smart Watch
- Any other devices that can be used to capture an image or other information stored in an electronic format.
ATTENDANCE POLICY
In situations where an unplanned event results in multiple days away from work, and the employee provides timely updates on their status, only the first day of absence will be categorized as unscheduled. However, all days will count toward the maximum total of 15 absences allowed under this policy in a 12-month period unless otherwise provided for under another leave policy.
Each unscheduled absence, and each absence more than the 15 days allowed in a 12-month period, are considered an occurrence. Excessive occurrences will result in corrective action, up to and including termination of assignment with CSAT Solutions, based on the following schedule:
Occurrences in a 6-month period
- 2nd Occurrence = Verbal Warning
- 4th Occurrence = Written Warning
- 5th Occurrence = Final Warning
- 6th Occurrence = Termination
Employees who would receive more than two final warnings in a single 12-month period are subject to termination of their assignment at CSAT Solutions.
