Staffmark Group WorkNOW & Win Complete Contest Rules

  1. Who is Eligible:
    • Active Staffmark Investment LLC Talent on assignment for Advantage Resourcing, Pro Staff, or Staffmark
  2. Who is not Eligible:
    • Staffmark Investment, LLC internal employees, including field and corporate employees
    • Staffmark Investment, LLC in-house temporary employees
    • Employees of Staffmark Professional
    • Subcontractor employees
    • Immediate family members of Staffmark Investment LLC employees
    • Employees of non-participating brands
  3. An eligible employee is defined as someone who:
    • Is at least 18 years of age
    • Works on assignment the week prior to each drawing
  4. Employees who are terminated for cause will not be eligible for weekly prizes
  5. A drawing will be held each week to select from the eligible entries for those who have worked the prior week
    • Drawing will be for three (3) $100 Visa gift cards for each day (Monday – Sunday)
    • A total of twenty-one (21) prizes will be awarded each week
    • Eligibility criteria must be met as described in section one of these contest rules. Payout subject to eligibility.
    • Winners to be notified in person
  6. All federal, state, and local applicable taxes will apply as required by law. Anytime there is a contest with a payout of over $600, all winners will be responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local tax reporting and payments.
  7. Participants in the contest give specific permission and agree to have their name and photos featured with their likeliness in Advantage Resourcing, Pro Staff, and/or Staffmark promotional materials, company materials, and social media unless prohibited by law.
  8. Staffmark Investment LLC reserves the right to terminate, modify, change, or suspend the contest at their sole discretion any time.
  9. If the integrity of the contest is compromised for any reason, Staffmark Investment LLC has the right to modify or cancel the contest at Staffmark Investment’s sole discretion.
  10. All decisions by Staffmark Investment, LLC are final.


Non-compliance with any of the following official contest rules will result in disqualification. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entrants and the number of weeks worked.


To be eligible to enter and/or win the WorkNOW and Win contest giveaways, you must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry; a legal resident of the United States; an employee in good standing of Staffmark Investment LLC working as a contract employee through Advantage Resourcing, Staffmark, or Pro Staff. Employees of secondary suppliers, Internal Employees, in house temporary employees, Staffmark Professional employees and subcontractor employees are not eligible. Immediate family members of Staffmark Investment LLC employees are not eligible. Employees of non-participating brands are not eligible.

Good standing is defined as: Currently an active temporary employee of Staffmark Investment LLC on assignment with Advantage Resourcing, Pro Staff, or Staffmark. Employee must be actively working on an assignment on date of entry and date of award of any prize; must not be subject to any form of sanction, suspension, or disciplinary censure.

Winner Selection:

Entries from prospective winners will be randomly chosen from all eligible employees as follows: A report will be pulled of all active temporary employees employed by Staffmark Investment LLC each week, to review who met the eligibility requirements of working on assignment the previous Monday-Sunday. This information will be downloaded and consolidated into a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet document each week with chronological numbers for each eligible employee; winners for each prize will be chosen through a random on-line generator and will be matched to the corresponding number on the Microsoft Excel spreadsheet; there will be two (2) alternate Contest winner back-ups for each prize in the event the original winner is deemed ineligible or fails to claim the prize.

Each eligible employee will be entered into the drawing for that week’s prizes, receiving one (1) entry for that week.

Prospective winner entries will be confirmed by the corresponding Staffmark Investment LLC Branch or On-site location, who will help to validate that the employee is actively working and in good standing based on the criteria described above. If the prospective winner is not confirmed eligible, the first back-up winner will be next in line with notification of eligibility in the same manner. If the first back-up winner is not confirmed eligible, the second back-up winner will be next in line with notification of eligibility in the same manner. If the second back- up winner is not confirmed eligible, Staffmark Investment LLC will continue to secure back-up prospective winners until one is confirmed eligible.

Any determination made by Staffmark Investment LLC regarding the eligibility and selection of eligible and final winners shall be final and binding.


Beginning the week of September 13, we will award three (3) $100 Visa gift cards for each day (Monday – Sunday) of the prior week for a total of twenty-one (21) prizes each week. Drawings will be held beginning the week of September 20, from all eligible employees who have worked the prior week.

Specific prize details are subject to change based on availability or discretion of Staffmark Investment LLC. Staffmark Investment LLC reserves the right to substitute cash or another prize of equal or greater value. All prizes will be given “AS IS.”

The Contest will start on September 13, 2021 and will end on October 4, 2021. All dates are subject to change or cancellation.

Contest winners will be notified by a Staffmark Investment LLC team member of the awards. Non-compliance with any of the Contest rules may result in disqualification. Staffmark Investment LLC’s decisions are final on all matters relating to this Contest.


Upon acceptance of the prize, the winner, his or her heirs, executors, representatives, successors, and assigns, forever releases from any and all liability, loss, harm, damage, cost or expense whatsoever, regardless of how it was incurred, and including without limitation, any and all claims for property damage, personal injury, and/or death which may occur in connection with the winner’s acceptance, ownership, possession and/or use of the prize, each of the following: Staffmark Group LLC, Staffmark Investment LLC and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, owners, officers, directors, shareholders, employees, representatives, suppliers, agents, associates and advertisers; and any parties, individual or entities involved with this Contest, its promotion, and public relations and production agency associated with this Contest (“Released Entities”) .

Winners consent to the use of his/her name, voice, performance, entry, and/or likeness for programming, advertising, publicity and promotional purposes in any and all media, now or hereafter known, worldwide and on the Internet, and in perpetuity by Staffmark Investment LLC and its designees, without compensation (unless prohibited by law) or additional consents from entrant or any third party and without prior notice, approval or inspection, and to execute specific consent to such use.

Winners agree that he/she will not conduct or participate in any media interview regarding this Contest or any prize without the express prior written permission of Staffmark Investment LLC. Staffmark Investment LLC is not responsible for any unauthorized human intervention or other causes that corrupt or improperly affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper play or conduct of this Contest. Staffmark Investment LLC will not be responsible to award any value in excess of the value listed in these rules.

Contest Is void where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law. If there exists any laws, bonds, taxes, and/or restrictions that actually apply to any valid contestant, participant, winner; then the Contest is void for such individuals (“Void Individuals”). Whether or not such information is known or unknown to all the parties before or after this 2021 Staffmark Investment LLC WorkNOW and Win Contest. Any such Void Individuals are unable to participate and/or claim the award to become a winner. If the winner is determined to be a Void Individual after the prize has been awarded, Staffmark Investment LLC reserves the right to require that the winner return the prize in the same condition as it was awarded, and winner agrees to return the prize in said condition. Staffmark Investment LLC conducts numerous Contests and will not be held responsible for resolving potential or actual claims of Void Individuals.


Released Parties are not responsible for any typographical, printing, or other error in connection with this Contest, including, without limitation, errors in the printing of these Official Rules or any advertising or promotional materials, the administration of the Contest, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prize, or in any other Contest-related materials. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, damaged, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, inaccurate entries or lost or stolen entry boxes. Entries made in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Staffmark Investment LLC, will be void and the corresponding entrant may be disqualified. Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Staffmark Investment LLC’s sole opinion, compromised for any reason, or should any cause, in the sole opinion of the Staffmark Investment LLC, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Staffmark Investment LLC. reserves the right at its sole discretion to terminate the Sweepstakes (or portion thereof) and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winners from all eligible, non-suspect entries received in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS.
