Skill Bridge Program 

The Depart of Defense (DoD) SkillBridge Program allows active-duty personnel from all six branches of the military spend up to the last 180 days of their military service interning at a civilian job with one of more than 500 industry partners. An authorized SkillBridge provider, Staffmark Group is looking for talented transitioning service members to join our team.
As a SkillBridge intern with Staffmark Group, you’ll have the opportunity to work for one of the largest and most prestigious staffing firms in the nation. We will train you to provide human resources services, including making decisions relating to the hiring, placement, and management of temporary employees placed with our customers. We also offer opportunities within the operations of a staffing firm - think IT, finance, and much more! The leadership experience you’ve gained serving our country is a major asset and will serve you well in this role.

Any service member with Command-approval for DoD SkillBridge may apply for our internship program, and any SkillBridge candidate selected to fill the internship will be given the opportunity for an FTE interview prior to the end of the internship.
